Comptia A+ Program

Your program is a three-fold program.

A) You are the on-site technical support for Sno Isle Technical Skills Center.

B) You are preparing for your Professional Certifications

C) You are mentors to the First Year students and act as Team Leads and Project Managers. In this roll you:

a. Check off labs, questioning them to check for understanding. You must witness that the lab is complete and done correctly.

b. Answer questions when they have them.

c. Help when they are stuck on something.

d. Help manage their project, but not do any part of their project.
